Memberships for the National Stammering CEN are not refundable. If you make a mistake in purchasing a membership, please contact us as soon possible. If you find you are unable to attend a study day after registering, another person may attend in your place but please advise the study day organisers of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the study day organisers immediately.

The National Stammering CEN respects your privacy. If we collect personal data, we will not share your information with third parties without your consent. We will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. Exceptions to this are payment processing (see below) or other providers which help us provide services (such as sending out National Stammering CEN emails), or if we have told you otherwise when collecting the information, or if disclosure is required by law, or in exceptional circumstances where we are very worried about your safety or the safety of others.
